JCC offers  6th, 7th, and 8th Graders an excellent opportunity to develop leadership and llife skills.. The program is designed to offer Middle School Students an opportunity learn quality skills the will facilitate their transition into High School and throughout the rest of their lives. With the focus on leadership and responsibility the program establishes the expectations and framework to improve student behavior, instill personal discipline, communications skills, promote character development confdence, curb gang activity, reduce drop outs, establish positive peer role-models and promote team work among the cadets and the student body.  Cadets in the program represent the school and district at local functions, support the school in service projects and learn to be a part of something greater than themselves.  The program is non branch specific and is not a recruiting tool.  The skills learned during the school year are those skills necessary to be successful in all walks of life.
